Where we deliver
We deliver to residential and business street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Although other countries may appear in address selectors, they are not eligible delivery destinations.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to eligible addresses. No expedited delivery option is offered.
Processing and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These estimates are not delivery guarantees; transit may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances.
Daily cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), using a fixed UTC−06:00 offset throughout the year, without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
